• Products: Frozen & refrigerated foods and dehydrated powders sold on the Website.
• Order: A purchase request submitted by you via the Website.
• Contract: The binding agreement formed upon our acceptance of your Order.
• Defective Product: A Product that is damaged, spoiled, or not as described upon delivery.

• All Orders are subject to availability and our approval. Submitting an Order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or reject.
• Upon Order submission, you will receive an email confirmation. The Contract is formed only when we dispatch the Products (evidenced by a dispatch confirmation email).
• Under the Electronic Transactions Law No. 15 of 2015, electronic communications (including emails and Website interactions) have the same legal effect as written documents.
• We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or Product descriptions before dispatch.

• All prices are quoted in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and include applicable taxes but exclude delivery charges, which will be displayed at checkout.
• Payment must be made via the secure methods provided on the Website (e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfers). Cash is also available at delivery. Full payment is required before goods are handed over.
• Title to the Products passes to you upon full payment and delivery. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier.

• Our delivery radius is currently with Amman area only. 
• We aim to deliver within the same day of order. Our store is open from 9am to 9pm. Goods order after 9pm will be delivered the next day. 
• Delivery is to the address specified in your Order. You are responsible for providing accurate details.
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather affecting frozen Products) are not our liability, provided we notify you promptly.
• For frozen Products, we cannot guarantee condition upon your receipt due to external factors. For any delivery issues please contact us via email: cs@powerfulfoods.com as soon as possible.

Returns, Refunds, and Compensation

• Due to the perishable and frozen nature of our Products, which poses health and safety risks if returned (in line with hygiene standards under Jordanian food regulations), we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or non-defective items. This policy aligns with the Consumer Protection Law, which permits reasonable restrictions on returns for perishable goods to prevent spoilage and contamination. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will provide compensation in the following cases:
• Wrong Orders: If we deliver the incorrect Product (e.g., wrong item or quantity), we will, at our discretion, provide a full refund, replacement, or equivalent compensation within 7 days of your notification. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos evidencing the error.
• Defective Products: If a Product arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as described (e.g., thawed frozen items due to our packaging fault), you have the right under Section 7 of the Consumer Protection Law (as amended in 2017) to a refund, replacement, or repair. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing evidence (e.g., photos). We will arrange collection if feasible or issue a refund/credit upon verification.
• To initiate a claim, email cs@powerfulfoods.com with your Order number and details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

• We warrant that Products conform to descriptions and are fit for consumption as per Jordanian food safety standards (Food Law No. 30 of 2015).
• All other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability or fitness for purpose), are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.
• Products are sold for personal use only; resale requires our prior written consent.
