SHIPPING
Orders placed between 9am and 9pm will be delivered within the same day. Orders placed after 9pm will be shipped the following day. On Fridays we ship from 12pm – 7.30pm same day.
RETURNS
Due to the perishable and frozen nature of our Products, which poses health and safety risks if returned (in line with hygiene standards under Jordanian food regulations), we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or non-defective items. We will however offer a refund for wrong orders or defects. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

This natural process eliminates the need for chemical preservatives, ensuring every bite delivers pure, wholesome goodness with exceptional quality and nutritional value.
PERCISION DEYDRATION
Our vegetable powders, including apple, courgette, and beetroot, are expertly crafted by our sister company, Neutrix, using precision dehydration techniques. This process locks in up to 95% of vital nutrients, ensuring that every spoonful bursts with rich flavours and wholesome goodness.
Pan cooking
- Cook from frozen:
Pan: Preheat a non-stick pan over a medium heat. Add oil and the frozen meatballs, cover and cook for 14-12 minutes, continuously turning.
Oven cooking
- Cook from frozen:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Brush frozen meatballs with oil and bake for 16-18 minutes; turning meatballs halfway through.
