Our plant-based mince gives you the texture and taste of real mince with the benefits of clean, meat-free nutrition. High in protein, naturally cholesterol free, it’s a blank canvas for your favourite mince-based dishes.

HALAL – VEGAN – NO GLUTEN

Our flash-frozen products are your ticket to nutrient-packed, fresh-as-ever meals that stay locked in at peak quality! Once thawed, they’ll stay good in the fridge for 5 days.

RAPID DEFROSTING

Submerge the pouch in cold iced water bowl for 15-20 minutes until defrosted. Cook and enjoy!

REGULAR DEFROSTING

Place package in the fridge and thaw overnight.

SHIPPING

Orders placed between 9am and 9pm will be delivered within the same day. Orders placed after 9pm will be shipped the following day. On Fridays we ship from 12pm – 7.30pm same day.

RETURNS

Due to the perishable and frozen nature of our Products, which poses health and safety risks if returned (in line with hygiene standards under Jordanian food regulations), we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or non-defective items. We will however offer a refund for wrong orders or defects. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once thawed. After thawing: Store refrigerated at 4° C and consume within 5 days.
After opening: Consume within 24 hours.

Our foods are rapidly frozen using blast-chilling technology, which quickly lowers temperatures to lock in up to 95% of vital nutrients, vibrant flavours, and peak freshness. This natural process eliminates the need for chemical preservatives, ensuring every bite delivers pure, wholesome goodness with exceptional quality and nutritional value.

PERCISION DEYDRATION

Our vegetable powders, including apple, courgette, and beetroot, are expertly crafted by our sister company, Neutrix, using precision dehydration techniques. This process locks in up to 95% of vital nutrients, ensuring that every spoonful bursts with rich flavours and wholesome goodness.

Pan Heating

For best results, defrost overnight in the fridge.

Preheat oil in a non-stick pan over a medium – high heat.
Add the Amoria Mince. Add salt and spices as desired
Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently to ensure even cooking

Safety tip: Ensure the mince reach an internal temperature of 165 °F (74 °C) before serving.
