This Policy is drafted in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 (“PDPL”), which regulates the processing of personal data in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. We process personal data as a data controller under the PDPL, ensuring compliance with its principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability. By using the Website or our services, you consent to the practices described herein, subject to your rights under the PDPL.
